Superintendent
Taylor Leigh Construction's Superintendent oversees daily construction activities, provides overall on-site management through planning, coordination, and supervision to ensure the project is constructed in a safe and organized manner that is in accordance with design, budget, schedule, and quality. The Superintendent assists the project management team with
implementation of all project procedures and programs with strict adherence to safety and quality guidelines.
Qualifications
- Four year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience
- Minimum of six years field supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems related to mission critical applications
- Thorough knowledge of construction practices, jurisdiction, cost control, and safety
- Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills are essential
