Taylor Leigh Construction prepared design documentation for permit consisting of drawings and specifications setting forth in detail the requirements to renovate a portion of an existing data center into a new 8,500 sq. ft. Collocation Facility located in downtown Miami at the NAP of the Americas. Taylor Leigh Construction created a new network infrastructure consisting of a new electrical distribution system, air conditioning, cable management system, equipment racks and cabinets, main aisle ground, raised flooring and woven wire partitions with access control system.

To meet the new power & cooling requirements, Taylor Leigh Construction installed and commissioned four (4) Powerware 9390 parallel for capacity 120V Uninterruptible Power Modules, four (4) External Battery Cabinets, one (1) Parallel Tie Cabinet, two (2) Power Distribution Units (PDU), three (3) Remote Power Panels (RPP), one (1) 800A Distribution Panel Board and two (2) Liebert FH529C, Down Flow, Chilled Water Precision Air Conditioning Units.
