Montreal - Site Decommission

Taylor Leigh Construction decommissioned a portion of an existing multi-floor telecom facility, approximately 1,000 sq. ft., located in downtown Montréal, Quebec. The work consisted of removing the existing electrical distribution, mechanical equipment, fire suppression equipment, telecom equipment, and cable & fiber management systems.

To complete the transition, Taylor Leigh Construction install a new 600A MDP, 100A disconnect, 112.5 kVA transformer, two (2) 30A & two (2) 60A disconnects, relocated an existing 250A panel, intercept & recircuit homeruns & branch circuits, remove conduits from existing generator tap box and extend them to a new generator tap box location, recircuited rooftop condensing units, replaced the batteries in an existing UPS, removed the existing preaction system, reconnected the base buildings wet sprinkler system, relocated and reprogrammed the FACP & FM200 master panel.
